1. The Jackets will cover 3 tonight against the U. Nesbitt better play well for this to be true.
2. Clemson will cover 2.5 at the Hoos. Dabo may not get this job but he might get another HC position with 2 more wins.
3. Wake will cover 1.5 at home vs. BC. This game could go either way but I will take the Deacs since Sam Swank should be available. He makes a MAJOR difference.
4. The Hokies cover 16.5 at home vs. Duke. I hope I'm wrong because I would love to see Coach Cut get this team in position to make a bowl, but he simply has too many injuries. I'm not sure they have enough to do ANYTHING on offense.
5. FSU covers 1 at Maryland. I think you should see an inspired Nole bunch show up in College Park.
6. ECU covers 6.5 at UAB. The Blazers scored 41 last week and the Pirates managed 3! So, naturally I'm picking ECU.
7. Penn St won't cover 14.5 but will win the Big Ten with a win vs. Sparty. That's a surprisingly high line, but I do think the Nittany's will have Roses in their mouths when its all over.
8. The Utes cover 6.5 against arch rival BYU and stay unbeaten.
9. The stache and Pitt win at Cincy as 5.5 point dogs.
10. Oklahoma covers 7 at home against the Red Raiders. Texas Tech has been a great story but they haven't won in a place like Norman.
11. North Carolina 23 NC State 21. I can't believe the line is 11.5. Sure, UNC could cover that but whoever makes these odds hasn't seen either team play in the last few weeks. I'm expecting Carolina to force a few turnovers like they always do. If they don't the Wolfpack should win the game. Seriously. State has a better QB, better RB's, a better superstar on D (Irving), and the best playmaker in special teams (Graham). I just have a feeling a big turnover may cost them. It seems to happen every time someone lines up against the Heels.
NOW FOR THE WEEKLY BOWL PROJECTIONS...
